Rosemary Dijon Grilled Chicken

Who is ready for grill season?! The Farrises are. We started early tonight with the best grilled chicken marinade, in my opinion! This marinade is super easy, delicious, and the combo of these flavors is just…uhh, to die for. I don’t have words, so try it for yourself!

Rosemary Dijon Grilled Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • Juice of half of a lemon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt

  • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh finely chopped rosemary

  • 1 clove of finely minced garlic

  • Butterfly chicken breasts so you have four cutlets

  • Pound that chicken! Tenderize to about a half inch or so thick

  • Set the chicken aside while you make your fabulous marinade

  • In a large bowl combine: Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, pepper, salt, Worcestershire, rosemary, garlic, and whisk together until well combined

  • Set aside about a tablespoon of your marinade mixture to baste the chicken with on the grill

  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper

  • Place the cutlets in the marinade mixture and let marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour

  • Grill time! Grill those babies until you start seeing those beautiful grill marks coming through

  • Baste your chicken with the marinade mixture set aside earlier

  • THAT’S IT. ENJOY. This is the only marinade you’ll need all summer. It’s amazing. I promise. (:
