Lemon + Dill Chicken

This Lemon and Dill Chicken skillet is so fresh, light, CLEAN, and perfect for warmer weather and pairs perfectly with Sauvignon Blanc. Ingredients:

1.5 lbs. Chicken Cutlets

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/3 cup arrowroot starch

3 tbsp almond flour

3 tbsp + 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
